Helpful hints for people struggling with syntel like symptoms:
Footprint reduction-- Find as many old email addresses that you don't use and unsubscribe to them and sites that you no longer access. You can go to Google and look through passwords that might give you hints to your old stuff. Keep the new stuff and reduce the old stuff. There's more to it than that but it's helpful to have a profile consolidation done even though most of that costs money unless you take a week or more going through a bunch of free scans. Delete the profiles on background checker. com or white pages. go all the way to the bottom of these screens and click do not share my data then opt out.
Lowering beam power and even reduces attacks sometimes--
Low power mode
try to use only mobile data
Battery not at full power 85% or less
Always use VPN. (Something like NordVPN but not something like McAfee or Norton)
Switch from VPN to mobile hotspot once in a while
Always change your passwords like once a week or once a month
Factory reset a lot
Cut off device when things get ugly
Reduce locator accuracy
Breathing techniques can help give you a moment of clarity which counts sometimes in the syntel world
Disable 2G apps (less likely for you to get a stingray scam on your computer)
I think RF proof shield on phone reduces the symptoms too.
Other things you can do to reduce symptoms (usually only temporarily)--
Calcium or magnesium or heavy metal tab
chelation
Binaural/subliminal
Rf protective clothing (full set is like 1000 dollars so watch out for that)
Still experimenting with other things.
Cures--
Removal of Pegasus or stingray like virus using something like mvt.exe The webpage's resources are very helpful but they take forever because there is a line
Get proof and fight it in court. Go to FOIA and start there. You will probably have to get a lawyer anyway. Just get one that deals in constitutional law.
There are people who do stuff like this for you, too. But it costs like tens of thousands of dollars to do it.
