WARNINGS ABOUT OTHER SOFTWARE ON THE BALL.

 

The technology's softwares and encodings seem fascinating and unique. The programs are alleged to use a mix of ancient and modern encoding, sometimes people believe this about "syntel device use" as well. There is software inside also described as an "ultimate hacking tool." It seems to be potentially similar to Pegasus software or a form of stalkerware instead now that I have given it some thought. I could be wrong though. It is believed to be easily manipulated and capable of lowering standard encryption rates. Basically cyber criminals love the devices. The technology is associated with the "black web" and is allegedly used to conduct real espionage and has even been implicated in attempts to hack organizations like the UN. If so, there again, surveillance, photos, etc are taken.

The system is explicitly called a "mind reading machine." I call it a "psychotronic weapon," and a form of "synthetic telepathy." It is because of the nature of the legends behind such devices. Nebulus balls seem to target an individual or organization, I suppose, very well. The software's use is alleged to be illegal, involving hacking, copyright infringement, cybercrimes, and terrorism. Even playing simple games on the system seems to be considered a crime.

Like I said, the programs are used as a spyware-like tool both on and offline to conduct surveillance and gang-stalking like results and situations. For example, you can get hacked on your computer and become surveilled like you were wanted by the law. I only see the ultimate purpose of involving a "little dude" like the speaker is to make them a Targeted Individual (TI), framing them as the culprit for the crimes being committed by the technology’s real users. Also, the entire operation is viewed as an act of treason or communism. It is also considered unconstitutional by laws already in the books. One of them has to do with the privacy act.

I'm extremely uncomfortable and fearful about having "crazy and random people" in my head. I am definitely feeling the physical and psychological effects of these weapons, and am concerned about missing brain chemicals or having them hypnotically misplaced throughout the brain.

 There is a firm belief that these devices and the individuals in power using them (even in America, the center of democracy) must be recognized and destroyed, with the perpetrators held accountable and facing jail time. All people who let this slide should be stuck with a court appearance of some kind.
